Key Responsibilities:
* Underwrite commercial business in accordance with established standards and limits to achieve planned financial results.
* Contribute to the growth and development of the Commercial Lines business by acquiring new business while ensuring quality risk selection.
* Apply underwriting discipline through continuous monitoring of selection criteria, rating strength, and use of pricing tools.
Daily Tasks:
1. >Manage referrals and queries for cases within the Delegated Underwriting Authority (D.U.A.) Work collaboratively with team members.
3. >Demonstrate initiative within a team structure.
Contribute to the development and mentoring of staff in technical insurance matters
• Fulfill any other duties or responsibilities as reasonably assigned based on company requirements.
