Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist
This role requires a highly motivated individual who can drive revenue growth and retention through proactive customer engagement. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of customer accounts with the goal of increasing revenue and retention through regular communication and follow-up.
* Drive transactional sales by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless delivery from quote to order completion.
* Maintain operational efficiency, CRM discipline, and customer engagement to maximize sales and revenue.
* Portfolio Management: Manage an assigned base of Tier B & C customers, focusing on revenue growth and retention through proactive engagement.
* Sales Support: Follow up communication with customers in agreement with the Sales team regarding Pricing, Images / Certificates, Samples and other relevant topics coming from KAM meetings.
* Onboarding of new accounts.
* Understand the Features & Benefits and prices of company products.
* Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
* Build customer satisfaction through post sales follow up.
* Lead Generation: Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
* Inside Sales Management of the allocated house accounts.
* Discontinued product campaigns.
* New product introduction campaigns.
* Dormant account campaigns.
* Customer Care: Respond to all customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Provide customers with solutions in the most cost-effective way for the company and the customer.
