We're excited to be recruiting for a Resourcing Advisor to join our teamMain ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do:Deliver end-to-end recruitment for frontline rolesPartner with hiring managers to plan, prioritise, and deliver recruitment campaignsSource quality candidates using innovative tools and methodsPromote Sodexo as an Employer of Choice across digital platforms and recruitment eventsDeliver high-impact resourcing support against KPIs: time, cost, quality, and experienceManage the end-to-end recruitment process with precision, using ATS and social media effectivelyBuild a talent pipeline and drive Sodexo's online employer brandThe Ideal CandidateWhat we're looking for:1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitmentExperience within a multi-site organisationSkilled in direct sourcing and passive candidate engagementStrong organisational and stakeholder management skillsConfident using ATS platforms and digital scheduling toolsA proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for peopleThis role requiresthe ability to consult and plan as well think ahead.
