About Your New Job
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a Workplace Investing Customer Solutions team. In this role, you will be embedded within an Agile squad, partnering closely with product, technology, legal, compliance, and risk teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions aligned to key business goals.
You will play a critical role in translating business objectives into actionable requirements, driving effective communication across stakeholders, supporting risk mitigation and quality assurance, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role requiring strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
What Skills You Need
5–7 years' relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Strong experience identifying and documenting business requirements, current/future state analysis, and process improvement
Experience with workflow design, data analysis, data visualisation, and impact analysis
Solid understanding of Agile methodology and experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mural or similar backlog management tools
Experience defining epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Ability to facilitate story refinement sessions and demonstrate sprint deliverables
Experience leading Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
Hands-on experience performing end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing and ensuring traceability of test cases
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to summarise and interpret complex information
Experience managing cross-team dependencies and working across multiple initiatives simultaneously
Demonstrated leadership skills including mentoring peers and managing team conflicts
Bachelor's degree preferred
