Job Overview:
The role of Indirect Tax Analyst is designed to provide support for the indirect compliance and account process across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and submitting indirect tax returns, refund claims, account reconciliations, data validation, and timely tax payments.
* Collaborating with external service providers as required to meet indirect tax compliance obligations.
* Ensuring accurate completion of templates for tax payments, journal entries, and monthly account reconciliations.
* Providing guidance, advice, and support on indirect tax-related matters to Legal, Finance, and the wider business.
* Assisting the EMEA and Global Tax Teams with tax projects including system implementation/automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Supporting tax audits/enquiries as they arise.
* Maintaining process documentation and compliance trackers.
* Supplier management.
Requirements:
* Undergraduate Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
* Minimum 3 years Indirect Tax experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Word/Power BI.
* ERP experience, ideally Oracle/SAP.
* Experience with data analytics tools/tax software is an advantage.
