We're working with an international (re)insurer that's strengthening its presence across Europe and looking for an experienced claims leader to shape and deliver the regional claims strategy.
This newly created role will suit someone who enjoys building things from the ground up. You'll take the lead in setting up and managing claims operations across several European territories, developing local teams, processes, and governance structures to support a growing specialty and P&C portfolio.
What we're looking for:
* Extensive experience managing multi-line or specialty claims within a commercial insurer
* Proven ability to build or scale claims functions across different countries
* Strong understanding of European regulatory environments and TPA management
