The Service Manager is responsible for leading the residential staff team to provide support and assistance to 5 Deaf clients in two residential houses in North Dublin.
About the Role:
* This position requires a relevant 3rd level qualification in the Health care sector, e.g., Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Social Work, or other relevant therapeutic profession.
* At least 3 years postgraduate experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
* A minimum of 3 years people management experience in a residential service setting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To lead the residential staff team to support and assist clients in all aspects of daily living.
2. To manage and coordinate services to meet the needs of clients.
