Residential Project Cost Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Manager to join our team in managing the cost of our residential projects. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for ensuring that costs are accurately estimated and managed throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and monitor project budgets and cost plans.
* Prepare and negotiate bills of quantities, tenders, and contracts.
* Manage and monitor sub-contractor pricing and variations.
* Review and approve sub-contractor claims and invoices.
* Provide cost advice and reports throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
* Minimum 7 years' experience working as a Project QS for a house builder or main contractor.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering residential projects on time and within budget.
* Excellent understanding of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost control techniques.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
