Our client, a mid-sized, growing law firm based in Dublin city are currently looking for a Property Solicitor.
The successful candidate will have several years' experience within Property Law.
Ideally this experience will have been gained in a Mid – Large sized law firm.
This is not a 9am-9pm Mon to Friday role.
Hours are flexible and offer a better work life balance than other firms.

Responsibilities:
Advising on the purchase and financing of office blocks and business premises.
Drafting Commercial Leases and all other related documentation.
Advising Clients at all stages of the process and keeping them up to date with movements.
Provide conveyancing support to finance teams.
Completing title investigations.
Reviewing certificates of title.
Guiding junior solicitors
Skills/Experience:
2-4 years PQE.
Knowledge of security transactions is desirable.
Outstanding project management and organisational skills.
Ability to persuade and influence senior individuals.
