Excel Recruitment are searching for a Head Chef for one of our clients in Co. Mayo.
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef or Head Chef with experience managing a kitchen team.
The successful candidate will:
1. Have previous experience managing a team in a busy kitchen
2. Have a passion for food trends and food development, with ability to coach a team
3. Show evidence of managing food safety systems
4. Posses strong IT skills and have previous experience of using packages
5. Strong commercial acumen
