Job Title: Cluster Sales Manager
Reports To: Director of Sales & Marketing
Job Purpose: To proactively manage and drive sales across a designated cluster of hotels, including supporting the pre-opening strategy for the new Capel Street Hotel, opening in 2026. The Cluster Sales Manager will build strong relationships with corporate, MICE, leisure, and group clients, driving revenue growth and maximizing market share for all properties within the cluster.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals across all hotels in the cluster.
Manage existing key accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Coordinate and collaborate with hotel General Managers, Revenue, and Marketing teams to align sales strategy with overall business goals.
Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings.
Represent the hotel cluster at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
Ensure CRM systems are updated with all client interactions and sales activity.
Provide mentorship and leadership to junior members of the sales team, if applicable.
Support the pre-opening commercial strategy for the Capel Street Hotel, ensuring a successful launch and integration into the sales cluster.
Work with the pre-opening team to develop and execute sales plans, client acquisition, and brand positioning for the new property.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel sales, preferably in a multi-property or cluster environment.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the Irish hospitality market and existing client relationships is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Experience in pre-opening hotels is desirable.

Additional Information
This role requires occasional travel between properties and attendance at external events, sometimes outside normal business hours.
