Role Summary:
Life Style Sports is on the hunt for a passionate and driven eCommerce Executive to join our fast-paced digital team. Reporting directly to the Senior eCommerce Manager, you’ll play a key role within a dynamic eCommerce function that works together with Buying, Creative, and Marketing, as well as leading brands like Nike, Adidas, Champion, and Under Armour, to deliver seamless, standout customer experiences and grow our online business.
In this role, you'll be a vital force behind the performance of our website and iPad channels, ensuring every customer journey is intuitive, inspiring, and aligned with our bold Brand identity. From executing high-impact digital campaigns to merchandising new collections and key product drops, you’ll be hands-on in bringing our online store to life.
As an eCommerce Executive, you will manage all on site promotional activity and will be responsible for merchandising on product pages as well as landing page content and navigation changes.
Role Responsibilities:
Online Content
* Deliver online promotional and product launch campaigns that commercially differentiates us from the competition
* Own website and CRM content updates in line with wider business marketing calendars
* Plan, schedule and execute online promotions
* Create content briefs and campaign assets for our Creative Studio
* Plan and produce calendars for new product launches and promotional campaigns
* Manage creation, updates and QA of relevant category and campaign pages
* Work closely with studio & production team on product enrichment
* Management of coupon creation for affiliate partners and networks
Online Merchandising
* Manage merchandising on the website by creating and maintaining sorting rules by categorisation
* Conduct A/B tests of any rule driven merchandising
* Manage and configure onsite upsell and cross-sell merchandising opportunities
* Seasonal product category merchandising of product list pages
* Creation of elevated key product detail pages
Key Requirements:
* Entry level role; Relevant experience in an eCommerce role or internship is favourable but not required
* Operational experience with eCommerce platforms, Content Management Systems and Digital Asset Management systems favourable but not required
* In-depth understanding of premium eCommerce product display standards would be desirable
* Knowledge of products relevant to category e.g.: sports fashion apparel and footwear

* Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with different levels of stakeholders across the Brand.
* Confident presenting to senior team members
* Proven ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
