Job Overview:As a Yard Man, you will be responsible for managing and organizing materials, tools, and equipment in the yard. You will ensure that all items are stored safely and are easily accessible for the team. This position requires a dependable individual who is able to work efficiently, stay organized, and communicate well with team members.Key Responsibilities:Organize and maintain materials, tools, and equipment in the yard.Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.Use a measuring tape to accurately measure materials when required.Assist with inventory checks and ensure that stock levels are maintained.Keep the yard clean and free from hazards to ensure a safe working environment.Check machinery for damages and complete daily check sheets.Transport materials to and from the warehouse and job sites as needed.Ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working condition and report any issues.Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors.Punctual and reliable attendance is essential.Qualifications and Requirements:English language skills: Must be able to read and understand basic instructions and communicate effectively.Experience with measuring tools: Familiarity with using a measuring tape is required.Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to high work standards.Ability to follow instructions and work independently.Previous experience in a yard or warehouse setting is a plus, but not required.Valid driver's license (preferred, but not mandatory).Valid Forklift licence.Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, Working At Height (Preferred)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €13.50-€15.00 per hourBenefits:On-site parkingAbility to commute/relocate:Belturbet, CO.
