Are you a friendly, organised, and professional individual with a passion for animals and exceptional customer service? Fox Veterinary Clinic in Finglas is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience from the moment they arrive. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
* Answering phones, booking appointments, and managing the clinic schedule
* Handling payments and administrative tasks
* Liaising with veterinary staff to ensure efficient clinic operations
* Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* A calm, professional manner—especially under pressure
* Previous experience in a customer-facing or clinical setting is highly valued
* Familiarity with animals or a veterinary environment is a bonus, but not essential
