Heres how youll bring the K Clubs trailblazing vision to life: To coordinate the Spas reservations and revenue maximisation strategy on a day to day to-day basis.
To compile a comprehensive events/demand calendar and update into concept To check all Spas offerings and do comparisons on a monthly basis, this is to include day spa To ensure all non-residents reservations receive an email confirmation outlining the treatment and cancellation policy To call all hotel residents pre arrival two weeks out to reconfirm all aspects of their reservation including spa, golf, dining, leisure activities, bed type, billing information and to upsell extras Ensure all confirmations are complete and special requests are catered for To ensure during the arrivals process that all dining options are given and reserved for arrival guests.
To reconfirm all treatments by phone one week out.
To attend weekly spa meeting To liaise with Spa reception regarding all bookings To ensure the correct allocation of treatments to Therapists Ensure day spa business is maximised Send daily spa report This is how we see you: Be highly motivated and driven to achieve targets Will have excellent negotiation and decision making skills Will possess excellent communication and organisational skills Will have fluency in English, both oral and written Will be flexible in their working hours Knowledge of Opera is desirable What's on offer?
