About Your New Job As the Site Finance Manager, you will be responsible for all financial aspects of the Ireland business.
You will set up and maintain the standard costing system, assist in preparing statutory and management financial reports, assess financial performance, conduct costing and variance analysis, and prepare monthly financial forecasts and annual budgets.
You will also support external tax advisors to complete all tax filings and related matters.
Key Responsibilities: Costing & Operational Finance Set up and maintain the standard costing system for the Ireland factory.
Conduct costing and variance analysis; drive operational improvements.
Evaluate and support cost-saving initiatives.
Financial Planning & Analysis Prepare annual budgets and monthly P&L forecasts.
Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
Monitor and report financial performance against budget.
Financial Reporting & Compliance Prepare monthly statutory and management financial reports.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance, GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.
Support external tax advisors with tax filings.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
Capital & Resource Management Manage capital expenditure plans and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Prepare and review investment proposals for approval.
Track and report on capital project performance.
Inventory Management Prepare reserves for aged inventory.
Track and report KPIs for inventories, Cycle Count, Scrap, PPVs, and inventory turns.
Provide ad-hoc reports to support inventory management to functional leader and site leader.
Process Improvement & Systems Streamline financial processes and systems to improve efficiency.
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management Act as a business partner to local functional leaders and the site leader.
Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Other Perform other assignments as directed by senior management.
What Skills You Need Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
7+ years of progressive experience in controlling & costing role in a multinational manufacturing company.
CPA or CMA license is preferred.
Strong knowledge in GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
Experience in manufacturing costing, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented is preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
