We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Sous Chef in our Michelin guide awarded
vegetarian /vegan restaurant, located in the heart of Dublin City Centre. The ideal
candidate for this role has 4-5 years experience working in similar high end busy restaurants or
hotel kitchens and who is looking to progress their career. We are looking for someone who is ambitious and has a desire and interest in working with vegetables and cooking for the future. They will work with our Head Chef and the rest of the team, helping to design and create dishes, showing creative approach and ideas to showcase the best of Irish
seasonal produce, ensuring the smooth
running of the kitchen and maintaining a
high standard of food production.
The successful candidate will:
* have 2 years experience in a similar
role
* be passionate about food
* have the ability to deal with pressure
in a busy operation
enjoy working as part of a team but
demonstrates ability to work under
own initiative
have excellent communication skills
(fluent oral and written English
required)
Haccp certified
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €36,000.00-€37,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
* DUBLIN 2, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
* Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
* Chef: 4 years (required)
