We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in Kildare.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers, arrange appointments, conduct effective qualifying calls, and manage the complete sales cycle for residential accounts.
Follow up with all newly acquired customers to ensure accounts are correctly set up and to collect satisfaction feedback after onboarding.
Deliver clear, engaging presentations that communicate the benefits of choosing AES for recycling needs.
Work towards defined performance goals and KPIs.
Consistently meet the weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets set by management.
Requirements
Ideally 1–2 years' experience in door-to-door or field sales.
A full Irish driving licence is essential.
Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working on your own initiative.
Familiarity with sales systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
Able to combine persuasive communication with a professional approach.
Fluent English and eligibility to work in Ireland are required.
Previous experience in services, manufacturing, or the waste sector is a significant plus.
