Project Manager for Customer Success
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Professional Services organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, monitor, and control project deliverables
* Develop and maintain project reporting and associated documentation
* Demonstrate project team leadership and management
* Assist in achieving program targets
* Work collaboratively with team members and external service providers
* Build strong working relationships with all clients
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5 years project management experience managing external product-based projects
* Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster strong internal and external relationships
* A strong customer and team focus
* The ability to think outside the box, developing creative and innovative ideas and solutions to business and technical challenges
* Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - and the ability to convey ideas/decisions effectively to various levels of management
* Highly motivated and accountable with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong collaboration expertise - both internal and external - together with superior time management skills and natural problem-solving expertise
* PMI or Prince certifications and/or equivalent
