Quality Assurance Executive
The key objective of this position is to oversee the implementation of effective quality management systems and strategies. Key areas include audit management, team leadership, process control, supplier assurance, and compliance.
1. Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) by implementing procedures and standards to ensure high-quality products.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans for third-party and customer audits, including BRC and ISO certifications.
3. Manage internal audit schedules, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
4. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to develop training programs, ensuring staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet organizational goals.
5. Conduct regular inspections and monitoring activities at critical control points to identify potential issues before they impact product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS)
* Conduct training sessions on quality-related topics and ensure that all employees understand their roles in achieving quality objectives
* Monitor and evaluate quality metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
* Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality performance
* Document and maintain records of quality-related activities and data
