Bodyshop Administrator

Role Overview
Responsible for processing all damages requiring Bodyshop assessment & repair, ensuring vehicle downtime aligns with KPIs and that no more than 2% of the Dublin fleet are in the Bodyshop at any time.
Key Responsibilities
* Capture additional images of damaged vehicles for damage packs.
* Upload damage packs to shared drives.
* Perform quality checks on vehicles post-repair.
* Communicate QC outcomes to Workshop Manager.
* Manage and monitor vehicles in the Bodyshop.
* Handle damage pack documentation requests.
* Serve as contact point for Service Department and other departments.
* Provide training support to satellite branches.
* Liaise with Asset Department regarding vehicle collection and movements.
* Ensure timely creation of job cards and update CAP system.
* Update customers on repair progress.
* Correspond via email and letters as needed.
* Communicate daily with external Bodyshop.
* Conduct fleet audit reports weekly and monthly.
* Maintain filing systems.

Person Specification
* Leaving Certificate including Maths & English or equivalent.
* Basic knowledge of vehicle panels and maintenance.
* Experience in a Bodyshop environment.
* Proven customer service skills and relationship building.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure with a strong work ethic.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Organized, self-motivated, and administrative skills.
* Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
* Team player adaptable to change.
* Experience in vehicle rental or motor industry preferred.
* Experience in Bodyshop, Warranty, or Workshop desirable.
* Suitable for apprentice mechanics or panel beaters interested in administrative roles.
What we offer:
A competitive salary of €30,000 DOE per annum pro-rata, plus:
* 23 days holidays plus a day for your birthday (pro-rata).
