As the leader of our internal audit team, you will be responsible for managing junior team members and reviewing their work. Your expertise in internal auditing will enable you to make valuable contributions to our leadership team.
About You
* A Qualified Accountant and/or Certified Internal Auditor with significant experience in an internal audit role
* Able to demonstrate experience in managing junior team members
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage internal audits from inception to completion for private and public sector clients
* Delegate tasks and review junior team members' work
* Present results clearly and concisely during client meetings
* Liaise with directors regularly, providing updates on progress and issues
* Train junior team members on-the-job and in a classroom setting
* Collaborate with the internal audit management team to discuss objectives, processes, and recommendations for improvement
