Sous Chef Role
As a passionate and inspiring leader, you will oversee the kitchen team, supervising food preparation, presentation and service. Ensure high standards of culinary skills.
Maintain inventory control, manage stock rotation, attend meetings, receive and check delivered goods.
Promptly deliver courteous service from the kitchen, delegate duties, supervise staff and train in menu planning, ordering, and rota compilation.
Plan, create, and cost menus while adhering to cleanliness and hygiene protocols.
Liaise with management and other departments to coordinate business across all Food and Beverage outlets, including weddings, conferences, and banqueting events.
