Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of energy infrastructure projects
Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
Oversee civil works: earthworks, drainage, ducting, foundations
Ensure coordination of civil/electrical interfaces
Manage electrical works including cable routes and transformer installations
Resolve technical issues and mitigate constructability risks
Own project budgets and commercial performance
Handle subcontract procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts
Forecast costs and identify change events early
Identify critical path items and implement mitigation measures
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Lead inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover
Maintain strong project documentation and controls
Experience & Qualifications
Essential
5+ years in construction project delivery
Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering
Experience with large‑scale energy or infrastructure projects
Strong civil works and site management background
Proven commercial and subcontractor management
Experience with complex electrical scopes
Full driving licence
Desirable
Experience with industrial energy or electrical infrastructure
Knowledge of long cable routes or transformer installations
Familiarity with regional construction standards/contracts
