Role Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Assistant to join our team in a trade counter environment. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales roles within the plumbing, heating, construction or building suppliers industries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers and providing exceptional customer service, dealing with queries and orders over the phone, face to face and by email. They will also be required to offer their expertise and knowledge within the relevant sectors.
* Experience working in a trade counter sales environment
* Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
* Flexibility with working hours (40 hours/week, 5 days/week)
* Computer literacy and ability to update CRM systems
