Administrative Assistant - Reception

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic public sector environment, providing front-line administrative support and handling visitor enquiries.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service skills when greeting visitors and managing front desk inquiries.
* Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing post, maintaining confidentiality as necessary.
* Coordinate appointments and meeting room bookings with minimal disruption.
* Contribute to maintaining a professional and tidy reception area.


Essential Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or reception role.
* Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
