Branch Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled Branch Operations Manager to support our team in maximizing sales and operational efficiency while ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry or another trade counter environment and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve branch sales, margin, and targets by providing first-class service to customers
* Manage daily operations, including warehouse and customer delivery teams
* Maximize branch efficiencies to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Inventory control, manage customer and supplier returns, stock takes, and audits
* Manage local fleet requirements
* Deliver high standards of health and safety
* Manage cash handling, assist with controlling local customer accounts and debts
Requirements:
* Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve objectives
* Effective communication at all levels
* Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
* Proficiency in using online and Windows-based cataloging systems and portals
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
