*Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for one or more teams
*Coach and mentor teams on Scrum principles, Agile values, and continuous improvement
*Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams to ensure smooth delivery
*Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
*Track and report on team performance, delivery metrics, and risks across multiple teams where applicable
*Support Agile transformation initiatives and promote best practices across the organisation Required Experience & Qualifications
*Experienceworking as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
*Certified Scrum Masterqualification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
*PMP certification(or equivalent project management qualification)
*Proven experience working with cross-functional teams delivering complex initiatives
*Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe xsokbrc experience an advantage) Key Skills & Competencies
