The successful candidates will oversee civils work activities onsite, ensuring compliance with regulations and project specifications. They will work closely with site personnel to deliver projects to the highest standard.\

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all civils work activities onsite, ensuring compliance with regulations and project specifications. This involves supervising and coordinating civils trades on-site, ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure health and safety protocols on site are of the highest possible standard
\
2. Supervise and coordinate civils trades on-site
\
3. Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards
\
4. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
\
5. Order materials as required (stone, concrete, drainage etc.)
\
6. Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met
\
7. Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that arise
\
8. Maintain strict compliance with construction requirements
\

9. A CSCS card holder
\
10. A valid Safe Pass
\
11. Experience in groundworks and drainage, working on live roads, traffic management, footpaths, concrete and kerbing
\
12. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
\
13. Ability to work to deadlines
\
14. An enthusiastic and committed self-starter with a proactive approach to problem solving
\
15. IT literate
\
16. Site Organisation Skills
