Social Care Leader
As a Social Care Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing personalized support plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, and advocating for the rights of the individuals we serve.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of QQI Level 7 qualification relevant to the social care sector
* At least two to three years' experience in designing and implementing programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
