Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive production efficiency and scalability.
* Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team in a regulated environment.
* Oversee all aspects of manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in regulated industries such as life sciences, biopharma, biotechnology, veterinary, or Contract Research Organisations (CROs), with a proven ability to lead teams, optimise production workflows, and contribute strategically to business growth. They should be able to provide vision and leadership to drive operational excellence and improve overall performance.
