Job Description
Manufacturing Engineering Team Leads support Operations Management in the production of contact lenses. They work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations Line management to manage key areas of the Value Stream.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Production Units in close cooperation with Quality and Engineering.
2. Ensure Safety and Quality Standards are upheld at the highest possible standard.
3. Develop year-on-year efficiency improvement strategies.
