The team delivers end-to-end administration support to the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
* Patient-Centered Excellence: Deliver an excellent experience to all patients and stakeholders internally and externally.
* Manage pathways for contractors, visitors, and patients daily, adhering to policies and procedures.
* Registration Process Management: Coordinate key registration processes for internal stakeholders.
* Facilitate car park inquiries with senior management and external partners.
* Calls Management: Manage call volumes and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
