Your impact
As a Cloud Applications Consultant within the OpenText Cloud Technical Success Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and success of enterprise customer environments hosted in the OpenText Cloud. You will act as a trusted technical partner, delivering world‑class operational support, hands‑on troubleshooting, and production system administration. By collaborating across Product Support, IT, Network Operations, and Professional Services, you will help meet service levels, resolve complex issues, and drive high customer satisfaction in a dynamic, fast‑evolving environment.
What The Role Offers
Opportunity to support enterprise‑grade, multi‑tier applications in the OpenText Cloud
Hands‑on troubleshooting and production system administration experience
Collaboration with cross‑functional and cross‑product teams globally
Exposure to modern technologies including Kubernetes, web/app servers, and relational databases
Flexible remote working arrangements within a general office environment
Participation in a 24/7 European on‑call rotation model for major incident response
What You Need To Succeed
Experience in IT support or consulting, supporting enterprise‑level multi‑tiered applications
Working knowledge of ITIL‑based service delivery models
Basic knowledge of Kubernetes
Administration skills in Windows, UNIX, and/or TCP/IP networked environments
Familiarity with scripting/programming or relational DBMS (e.g., MS SQL Server, SQL, .sh/.bat, Java, JavaScript) and web/application servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss)
Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills, adaptability, and willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational on‑call model as per business needs
