Payroll Specialist
The successful candidate will be responsible for the payroll operation, which involves processing a high volume of timesheets on a weekly basis from multiple sources. This requires strong Excel and Google experience as well as systems knowledge to adapt to new and changing packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and process a high volume of timesheets on a weekly basis from multiple sources.
- Liaise with external providers on queries as required.
- Liaise with other members of the finance team on any payroll issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date weekly filing on all transactions.
- Manage the payroll inbox.
Type of Person:
- 3-5 years' experience working with ROI and/or UK payroll is desired.
- Experience working with high-volume weekly payroll is essential.
- IPASS qualification is not essential but desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to work within a team environment and possess the ability to work independently.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent administration skills are required.
- Strong Excel and Google experience are essential.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is necessary.
