We are seeking a confident and experienced plumbing professional to join their team in a nationwide Technical Product Demonstrator role.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced installer who enjoys engaging with people and wants to move into a dynamic, customer facing technical role while staying connected to the trade.The Purpose of the RoleYou will act as a technical ambassador for the brand in the field.Your objective will be to increase product adoption, strengthen installer loyalty, support merchant sales growth, and ensure correct product application through practical demonstrations and training.You will combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to influence how products are specified, stocked and installed.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent the brand at merchant trade mornings, exhibitions, industry events and open days across IrelandDeliver hands on product demonstrations and toolbox talks to installers and contractorsProvide practical advice based on real site experienceSupport the sales team in presenting technical solutions to key customersAct as a technical point of contact for product related queriesBuild strong working relationships with merchant branch managers and counter teamsGather installer feedback and relay insights to internal teamsMaintain demonstration equipment and presentation materialsTravel nationwide as required and manage your own schedule effectivelyWhat We Are Looking ForMinimum three years experience within the plumbing and heating industryStrong practical installation knowledge and understanding of industry standardsConfident communicator who is comfortable presenting to small and medium sized groupsProfessional and personable with the ability to build long term relationshipsSelf motivated, organised and capable of working independentlyFull clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout IrelandThis role would suit a senior plumber or heating engineer who wants to transition off the tools into a respected technical role with long term progression opportunities.What Success Looks LikeWithin the first year you will be independently delivering product training sessions, building strong relationships with merchants and installers in your region, and contributing directly to increased product usage and brand loyalty.BenefitsCompetitive salary packageFully expensed company vehicleEmployer pension contribution from start dateEmployee Assistance ProgrammeStaff discount schemeEmployer funded education supportClear progression opportunities within technical and commercial functions
