Your Role
As Planning Manager, you'll be at the heart of the programme - shaping timelines, optimising resources, and ensuring success across every phase. You will:
* Build and manage fully integrated project schedules from concept to completion.
* Define and monitor critical paths, risks, and dependencies.
* Lead planning workshops and coordination meetings across multi-disciplinary teams.
* Interface with contractors, suppliers, and client leadership.
* Provide clear insights and solutions to keep delivery on track.
What You Bring
* Advanced knowledge of scheduling methodologies and resource optimisation.
* Experience on large-scale projects (£10m+ value).
* Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (essential).
* Strong understanding of infrastructure design, procurement, and construction cycles.
* Ability to navigate NEC contracts and multi-stakeholder programmes.
* Professional accreditation (APM, PMI, or equivalent) highly desirable.
* Experience with schedule risk analysis tools (Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk).
