Warehouse Operative – Dublin 15 (Full-Time, 4-on/4-off Shift Pattern)
An established logistics and manufacturing company based in Damastown Industrial Park, Dublin 15, is seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Operative to join its operations team.
This is a full-time, permanent position on a 4 days on / 4 days off rotation, offering a competitive salary with annual increases based on performance and tenure.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for the safe handling, movement, and storage of materials, ensuring all goods are processed efficiently and accurately within a high-quality, safety-focused warehouse environment. You'll join a strong, supportive team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, record, and store incoming materials accurately.
* Safely load and unload goods in line with company procedures.
* Operate warehouse equipment (MHE) safely and responsibly.
* Maintain accurate inventory and documentation.
* Follow all company safety and quality policies.
* Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and audit-ready.
* Support training and induction of new team members.
* Collaborate effectively with other operations departments.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Warehouse Operative.
* Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
* MHE or forklift/pallet truck license (advantageous).
* Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
* Reliable, hardworking, and flexible team player.
* Good communication and comprehension skills.
