We're looking for a Head Cook to take the lead in our busy takeaway kitchen in Cork.

About the Role
As Head Cook, you'll be responsible for:
* Overseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchen
* Cooking and plating burgers, sides, and sauces to a consistent high standard
* Managing prep, stock levels, and ordering with suppliers
* Maintaining food safety and HACCP records
* Training and supporting kitchen staff
* Ensuring quality, speed, and cleanliness are maintained throughout each shift
You'll lead by example on the grill and fryer, keeping service smooth and efficient.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience in a busy fast-food or takeaway environment
* Knows their way around a grill, fryer, and prep station
* Can manage a small kitchen team confidently
* Understands HACCP, food hygiene, and portion control
* Takes pride in clean, well-organised kitchen operations
* Has excellent communication and time-management skills
