Overview:
Due to the continued growth of our maintenance divisions in Dublin area, we are seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join our team.
The role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
The role will involve the ability to work with the team and independently with client to understand the individual project or maintenance requirements for the new or existing BMS systems.
Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
Attend BMS PPM projects, design review, callouts and group meetings and actively participate in discussions.
Ability to multitask on various projects and maintenance.
Experience:
Proven experience in the Management of BMS Systems.
Familiarity with relevant software and programming languages.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well with clients and employees at all levels of the organization.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
General knowledge of network configuration, computer hardware and software, including automation applications.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Vision, PowerPoint, etc.)
Project management experience is a plus.
Full clean driving licence essential.
Electrical background a distinct advantage.
