They now require a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a 6-month basis. Your new role In this role, you will act as the central point of contact for HR, recruitment, onboarding, and training teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination for all asset operations activities in the South-West region (Cork, Kerry, Limerick, and Clare). Key responsibilities include liaising with HR and recruitment teams, reviewing and screening CVs, and managing the interview process-from scheduling panels and booking rooms to preparing and processing documentation. You will work closely with hiring managers to confirm role requirements, manage candidate panels, and oversee offers for vacancies, while maintaining a critical vacancies tracker for the region. Additional duties include assisting with onboarding new hires, organising weekly catch-ups with asset operations teams, and meeting with local authorities to discuss vacancies and redeployments. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience coordinating recruitment activities-such as screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding-is essential, along with confidence in liaising with managers, HR teams, and external stakeholders. Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and proficiency with standard office tools will help you stay on top of vacancy tracking and candidate management.
