Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in retail and trade customers in the showroom Build rapport and establish customer needs through thoughtful, informed questioning Provide expert product advice and work closely with customers to stay within budget Maintain a calm, pressure-free, and professional approach to sales Prepare quotes, manage follow-ups, and ensure accurate documentation Stay organised and efficient in handling multiple customer accounts Eventually conduct site visits and assist with larger commercial accounts (e.g., hotels) Work collaboratively with the sales team to uphold showroom standards What We're Looking For: Previous experience in bathroom sales strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly presentable, suited appearance to match the showroom's premium standard Organised, efficient, and attentive to detail Ability to read customer needs, ask the right questions, and guide without pressure Strong customer awareness and a genuine interest in finding the right solution for each client Comfortable working with both the general public and trade professionals Willingness to learn - full product training will be provided Benefits: Full product training provided Opportunities for growth into commercial account management Supportive and respectful working environment Work with a high-end, design-focused product range If you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, we would love to hear from you, if however, you do not hold a valid work permit unfortunately we will not be in a position to assist you with your job search.
