* Develop and deliver annual strategic plans and budgets.
* Lead and motivate sales, marketing, and revenue teams to achieve growth targets.
* Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, client visits, and familiarization trips.
* Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
* Manage relationships with external partners including PR, travel networks, and digital marketing agencies.
* Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels.
* Report on sales, marketing, and revenue performance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior marketing role within the hotel/hospitality sector.
* Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality practices and revenue management.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
* Flexible to travel for business development and client engagement.
* A valid driver's license.
* Experience with Hotsoft is an advantage.
