What You’ll Do:
1. Mentoring team members
2. Managing lifecycle of approved vendors/suppliers according to industry regulations and guidelines
3. Collaborating with Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Quality teams to ensure qualification activities meet business needs
4. Traveling nationally and internationally as required
5. Deputising for the Senior Quality Manager – Supplier Assurance as needed
6. Establishing KPIs and reporting on metrics
7. Monitoring a risk-based audit program for vendors/suppliers (excluding Pharmacovigilance)
8. Performing risk analysis on audit outcomes and liaising with QPs and management for future actions
9. Ensuring audits comply with EU GMP, EU GDP, or equivalent standards and marketing authorisations
10. Monitoring and maintaining CAPAs with internal teams and external suppliers
11. Maintaining vendor data in SAP ERP system
12. Interpreting global regulations for audits
13. Creating and reviewing QA audit documentation and SOPs
14. Performing additional activities as required by the Senior Quality Manager
About You

Qualifications:
* Graduate in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology, or equivalent
* General Auditing Qualification
* External Lead Auditing Qualification
Experience & Competencies:
* At least 5 years’ experience in a similar pharmaceutical role
* Knowledge of Medical Devices directives and guidelines
* Willingness to travel globally
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills
* Decision-making based on risk assessment
* Effective team collaboration skills
