Responsibilities
* Build a scalable QA process from scratch within an agile development team.
* Design and maintain automated testing frameworks for key applications.
* Own regression testing to keep releases smooth and reliable.
* Test new functionality across web and API surfaces.
* Work closely with developers and product owners to catch issues early.
* Champion quality-first thinking across the engineering team.
* Help grow the QA team as the platform scales.
Qualifications
Must-haves
* 4+ years’ experience with modern front-end automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
* Strong understanding of QA methodologies and test planning
* High attention to detail and a love for breaking things before users can
* Comfort working in a remote, asynchronous setup
Nice-to-haves
* Experience testing APIs (Postman or similar)
* Background mentoring or onboarding other QA engineers
* Interest in AI, data, or insight platforms
