Job Title We are seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Field Service team in Ireland.
Main Responsibilities Direct and manage activities for customer site in Ireland, including people management, customer satisfaction, profit growth, budget control.
Drive a culture of safety and quality by setting clear processes and empowering safety ownership among all team members.
Establish a culture of business ownership and growth by expanding market share and supporting sales growth.
Cultivate a leadership-driven, inclusive organisation by empowering all levels to think critically and own outcomes.
Build strong, transparent partnerships with customer leaders and coach managers on best practices.
Ensure continuous improvement and accountability by promoting KPI ownership at all levels.
Lead site revenue growth and margin improvement by expanding customer share and reducing service costs, meeting targets.
Requirements Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as business administration or management.
7 – 10 years plus of relevant experience in the semiconductor or related industry.
Extensive expertise in strategic planning and business analytics.
High level Customer Management experience.
Demonstrated ability to build, lead, inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of management methods and techniques.
Ability to set and sustain a culture of safety, quality, and productivity across all organisational levels.
Process Improvement and strong decision-making skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
