Overview
We are seeking an experienced Agile / Project Manager
to lead cross-functional projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery for initiatives in Ireland. You will apply Agile methodologies to manage project planning, execution, and continuous improvement while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion using Agile principles
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and backlogs
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
* Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives
* Communicate project status, risks, and insights to stakeholders and leadership
* Drive continuous process improvement and adoption of Agile best practices
* Mentor team members on Agile frameworks and project management tools
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 3–5+ years of project management experience, ideally in Agile environments
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid)
* Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, or similar)
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
* Agile or Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP)
* Experience in software, technology, or digital transformation projects
* Familiarity with Ireland / EU business environments
