As Assistant Manager you will support the Store Manager with coaching and leading a high-performing team. The ideal person for this job will have a love for driving sales coupled with experience in a consultative sales environment.

Responsibilities of this job:
* Support the Store Manager with day-to-day commercial and operational management of the store
* Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
* Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence
* Conduct regular performance reviews with your team, supporting their ongoing development
