ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Performs other duties as assigned by management.Responsible for providing a five-star level of service to all members & guests at Hogs Head Golf Club.Meet & greet all members and hotel guests at the door on arrival.Being on hand at all times throughout the shift to assist with the checking in and out of guests, luggage delivery, valet parking, guest queries etc.Label all luggage entering the Lodge for each guest and deliver to the correct room.Assisting with shuttle driving to and from the clubhouse, cottages and village area.Coordinate long term luggage storage for guests.Work with drivers co ordinating luggage, ensuring that all departing or arrival luggage is accounted for and safely delivered to the guest's room or transportation.To ensure guest security at all times and adhere to all fire safety and security precautions to ensure the safety of our staff & guests.Responsible for cleaning of certain areas of the Lodge.Answering telephone calls throughout the shift & communicating messages to the front of house team & concierge departments.Assisting other departments as required.Adhere to all standard operating procedures and rules to ensure a safe and organised working environment.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Respond to any enquiries in a timely, friendly, professional and efficient manner.
