Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Architect/Engineer based in Limerick. The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting Condition Surveys, Feasibility Studies, Contract Management, and Dilapidations assessments.
Qualifications
* Architectural drafting skills in autocad
* Building Surveying and Condition Surveys skills
* Experience in conducting Feasibility Studies
* Knowledge of Contract Management and Dilapidations assessments
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work well in a team and independently
* Relevant degree in Architecture, Building Surveying, Building Engineering, or related field
